FieldFlō Announces Investment from Mainsail Partners

Our mission at FieldFlō has always been simple: make the lives of subcontractors easier and safer.

From day one, I’ve believed that technology should work for the field — not the other way around. Over the past eight years, our team has pushed ourselves — and the industry — to evolve. Together with our customers, we’ve built something I’m incredibly proud of: a platform that helps specialty contractors operate with greater clarity, safety, and confidence every single day. And we’ve had so much fun doing it!

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re entering an exciting new chapter. With additional resources, we’ll be able to deliver even more value to our customers — expanding our products, integrations, and customer service capabilities, while continuing to strengthen our incredible internal team and culture.

Remembering Our Roots

FieldFlō wasn’t an idea that came out of a boardroom — it came out of the field. I spent over a decade in the abatement and demolition industry, managing crews, chasing paperwork, and juggling endless tasks across whiteboards and spreadsheets. I experienced the daily frustrations that every subcontractor knows too well — the inefficiency, the wasted hours, and the lack of tools built for the way our industry really works.

When my partners, Ryan and Andjelko, and I set out to create FieldFlō, our goal was straightforward: to alleviate the challenges faced by specialty subcontractors. We were committed to finding real solutions. We wouldn’t settle for forms or overpriced, one-size-fits-all software, so our only option was to build something of our own.

From time tracking to safety documentation, crew management to inventory control, every feature we’ve built comes from lived experience. From day one, accessibility and safety have been at the heart of what we do — creating a system that works for everyone on the job, regardless of age, language, or technical background.

It’s been so rewarding to experience the organic growth over these last few years — most of which has come from referrals from our amazing clients and industry partners.

Why We Chose Mainsail Partners

When considering a partner, we weren’t just looking for investors — we were looking for alignment. It was essential to find a team that shares our passion for supporting the field service industry and believes deeply in our mission.

Mainsail Partners stood out immediately. Their operational expertise, stellar reputation, and track record of helping software companies scale make them an ideal fit. But beyond that, they value relationships — with their partners, their teams, and the industries they serve. Most importantly, they believe in our vision and our people.

With their investment, we’ll be able to accelerate our growth — expanding our product offerings, deepening our integrations, and strengthening our customer success initiatives to help subcontractors run safer, more efficient, and more profitable businesses.

The Future Is Bright

Our core leadership, values, and mission remain the same. We’ll continue to listen to our customers, evolve our platform, and push the boundaries of how technology can improve the lives of contractors and industry partners. This investment allows us to grow our product development and support teams, giving us more bandwidth to serve our customers better and faster.

I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together, but there’s still so much more to do.

To our customers: thank you for your trust, feedback, and partnership. You’ve built FieldFlō right alongside us, and this milestone belongs to you too!

From day one, FieldFlō has been a grassroots effort from a small but mighty team that cares deeply about the trades. We’re honored to keep building alongside you. We can’t wait to show you what’s next.

The future is bright. Let’s keep building.
